While we stopped for lunch near Roluos, we happened upon a funeral procession going by. Our tuk-tuk driver told us that children are always part of the funeral procession to help them understand that sickness and death are a part of life.
The Roluos Group of temples: Preah Ko, Bakong, and Lolei. Some of the earliest of the Angkorian temples, they’re also rather wonderfully free of tourist crowds.
